How Can I Print from my Phone?

Apple AirPrint App

Apple AirPrint App is Apple’s approach to a new, driverless way of printing available for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, and macOS.

AirPrint App can be utilized in conjunction with any Xerox AltaLink device, and setup comes automatically configured. Features include Secure/PIN Print, Scanning, Print via USB, and of course copy and print.

AirPrint App requires a network connection and the latest iOS version of all models and allows users to print from any supported application such as Mail, Safari, Notes, Photos, etc.

Mopria Print Service for Android

Mopria is an app available for Android smartphones on the Google Play store, that is supported on almost all Xerox devices. Through this app, users can connect automatically from their mobile devices and print directly to the machine of their choice. Specific firmware download may be required on your Xerox device.

Xerox Workplace App

The Xerox Workplace App is available on the App Store and Google Play and connects your mobile device to your multifunction printer. It allows users to scan, print, and copy directly from their phone to the connected printer of their choice.
